Broker FAQ

There are two stages. First you register your brokerage as a Poolwerx referral partner using the form on this page — no candidate details are required. Once your referral agreement is in place, you introduce candidates directly to our Franchise Development team. Each candidate you introduce is logged in our CRM and associated with your account. Our broker protection policy means that if your registered candidate proceeds to a franchise agreement through any channel, your commission is protected.
Poolwerx pays competitive broker commissions on execution of the franchise agreement. Please contact us directly to discuss the commission structure.
Commission is paid promptly after franchise agreement execution. Payment is made via bank transfer. There are no holdbacks or milestone-based disbursements.
Mobile franchise opportunities start from $105,400. Total investment varies based on the number of vehicles and whether a retail location is included. Full investment details are provided in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which is available upon request to registered brokers.
